The real test I believe of any company is when something goes wrong.
I sent an email explaining my delivery wasnโt quite as ordered.
I received an initial email acknowledging this advising me to also forward it to head office – and being told the person emailing me would do the same.
I duly forwarded my initial email.
This was responded to by another person who apologised and advised how they proposed to deal with the issue.
I was very happy with the proposal.
I was very impressed with the way this was dealt with.
So even though a mistake was made I was so impressed by the way this company dealt with matters that I feel they should get Five Stars !!
