Do you offer next-day Flower delivery, and is it guaranteed?
A: We aim to deliver orders the next day, but this is not guaranteed. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail, and occasionally delays can happen due to reasons beyond our control. If a delivery is late, it is usually the responsibility of Royal Mail or the customer, not our flower shop. Customers can contact Royal Mail directly with their tracking code to resolve any delivery issues quickly.
When will my order be delivered if I choose next-day delivery?
A: Orders placed between 6 AM to 7 PM are usually delivered the next day. Orders placed after 7 PM will be treated as next-day orders for the following day. Delivery is via Royal Mail, so occasional delays may occur beyond our control.
Can I cancel my flower order after placing it?
A: Yes, we can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched for delivery. Once the order is on its way with Royal Mail, we cannot stop the delivery, so it cannot be canceled at that point. To ensure cancellation, please request it as soon as possible after placing your order.
